How Does the Process Work?
Our custom manufacturing process begins with receiving your request and determining the production details together.
1. Model and Product Selection
You can send us any of the following for the product you want to manufacture:
Photo,
Sample product,
Technical drawing,
Design,
Size chart
or a similar document.
2. Determining Product Details
All production details of the product to be manufactured, such as:
Fabric type and properties,
Colors,
Sizes,
Measurements,
Pattern,
Accessories,
Sewing details,
Labels,
Brand applications,
Packaging format
are determined together.
Before production begins, the product's technical specifications and production requirements are finalized mutually.
3. Sampling and Approval
For orders where necessary, a sample can be prepared before production.
The prepared sample is evaluated according to the requested product specifications. After the necessary changes are made and the product is approved, mass production begins.
This stage is important for minimizing model and measurement differences that may occur during mass production.
4. Production
The production process begins in line with the approved product.
Depending on the order, the production scope may include all or relevant parts of the following stages:
Fabric → Pattern → Cutting → Sewing → Accessories → Labeling → Ironing → Quality Control → Packaging
Care is taken to prepare the product in accordance with the specified technical specifications throughout the production process.
5. Custom Labels and Packaging for Your Brand
To enable you to sell your products under your own brand, we can include brand applications such as:
Brand label,
Size label,
Washing instructions label,
Hangtag,
Custom packaging,
Box or bag
in the production process.
If the brand, logo, labels, and other corporate materials to be used belong to the customer, the customer must hold the rights to use these materials.
6. Quality Control and Shipping
After production is completed, the products are inspected, ironed, and packaged.
Ready products are shipped to the customer according to the delivery and logistics terms specified in the order.
Courier, freight, warehouse, or other logistics options may be determined based on the nature of the order and the delivery address.
Payment Terms for Custom Manufacturing
For custom manufacturing orders, 70% of the total order amount is collected in advance before production can begin.
The remaining 30% payment is made after production is completed and before the products are shipped or delivered.
Since custom manufacturing orders involve production-specific costs such as fabric, accessories, patterns, labor, labels, and packaging, production planning begins after the required advance payment has been received.
