DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") has been electronically concluded between the Seller and the Buyer whose details are provided below.

2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the mertertextile.com website.
3. Products
The following details of the purchased products;

are as specified on the order page and electronic invoice.
4. Payment
For orders placed through mertertextile.com, the available payment methods are Credit Card or Bank Transfer / EFT.
Orders are processed after the payment reaches the Seller's accounts.
Product preparation and shipping do not begin before payment has been completed.
5. Delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is approved.
Deliveries within Türkiye are made through contracted courier companies.
International shipments are carried out through international carriers.
Public holidays, force majeure events and logistics-related delays may affect the delivery period.
6. Shipment Inspection
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery.
Packages found to be damaged must not be accepted, and the courier must be asked to prepare an incident report.
Products accepted upon delivery are deemed to have been delivered in good condition.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Buyers acting as consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the statutory conditions are met.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, in resalable condition, complete and together with its original packaging.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products excluded from the scope of this right under the law and applicable legislation.
8. Return Conditions
After the return request is approved, the product must be sent to the address specified by the Seller.

Products that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted.
9. Wholesale Sales
mertertextile.com primarily operates as a wholesale seller.
For sales made to businesses for commercial purposes, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
For commercial sales, return and exchange conditions may be separately determined by the parties before the order is placed.
10. Force Majeure
The parties shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill their obligations due to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, epidemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, decisions of public authorities or similar force majeure events.
11. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data shared by the Buyer shall be processed and protected in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

12. Evidentiary Agreement
The parties agree that order records, electronic correspondence, bank records, server records and system logs constitute conclusive evidence under the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).
13. Competent Court
Turkish law in force shall apply to disputes.
For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts with jurisdiction shall be competent and authorized.
For disputes arising from commercial sales, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
14. Effective Date
By confirming the order through the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and electronically accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
