2. Purpose of the Form
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to ensure that the Buyer placing an order electronically via the mertertextile.com website is informed, within the scope of the legislation in force, before completing the purchase.
The Buyer accepts that they have read, understood and electronically approved this form before completing their order.
3. Products Subject to Sale
The following details of the purchased products:
Product name,
Brand (if any),
Model,
Color,
Size,
Quantity,
Unit price,
Subtotal,
Taxes,
Shipping fee (if any),
Total sales price,
are shown in detail on the order screen and in the order confirmation.
4. Payment Method
For orders placed via mertertextile.com, the only payment methods are Credit Card and Bank Transfer / EFT.
For the order to be processed, the payment must have reached the Seller's bank account in full.
The product preparation and shipment process is not initiated before payment confirmation is received.
5. Delivery Information
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation is received.
Products are delivered within Türkiye through contracted cargo companies.
International orders are shipped through logistics companies providing international transport services.
The delivery time may vary depending on circumstances such as order volume, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures and force majeure.
6. Order Confirmation
For the order to be finalized:
the order must have been created,
the Credit Card or Bank Transfer/EFT payment must have reached the Seller's account,
the necessary checks must have been completed
(all of the above are required).
The Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as possible about products that are out of stock or cannot be supplied. In such a case, the amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded, where applicable, in accordance with the legislation and the agreement between the parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal
A Buyer who qualifies as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the conditions set out in the relevant legislation are met.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused,
It must be in resalable condition,
Its original packaging must be intact,
Its labels must not have been removed,
The product must be returned complete.
This right cannot be exercised for products that are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the legislation.
8. Return Process
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the return request in writing or via a durable medium.
After the necessary examinations for the return are completed, the process is concluded in accordance with the legislation in force.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to package the product appropriately so that it is not damaged during the return.
9. Information on Wholesale Sales
mertertextile.com mainly engages in wholesale activities.
In sales made to businesses for commercial purposes, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and other relevant legislation shall apply unless different provisions are agreed in writing between the parties.
For bulk orders, custom production, promotional products or commercial sales carried out under special terms between the parties, return, exchange and delivery conditions may be determined separately.
10. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data shared during the order are processed and protected within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) in force.

11. Dispute Resolution
For disputes that may arise from consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts that are competent and authorized under the legislation in force shall have jurisdiction.
For disputes of a commercial nature, unless there is a mandatory legal provision to the contrary, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
12. Approval
The Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that they have read and understood all the information in this Preliminary Information Form before completing their order, have confirmed it electronically, and have placed their order in line with this information.
